Supported preparation workflows

Choose your program.

Each package uses one framework. Document types, questions and status language follow that selection. Your company can maintain additional packages and reuse company-wide answers, all included in the company subscription.

FedRAMP Rev5
Low, Moderate and High preparation. Control-family working documents, control-document Word extracts and supported preparation data files. These are not a complete System Security Plan or the official Appendix A form. Existing Moderate control import supports the accepted Word Appendix A and Open Security Controls Assessment Language (OSCAL) SSP formats; complete OSCAL SSP export is not supported.
FedRAMP 20x
Key Security Indicator preparation and program-specific package output. Available class choices appear during setup. This is not automated collection of operational evidence.
CMMC Level 1
Guided requirements, system description and preparation documents, with a separate recorded affirmation.
CMMC Level 2
110 requirements, system description, calculated readiness, corrective plans and an SPRS entry worksheet. Record an actual assessment separately; RampGuide does not perform it or submit it to SPRS.

Available library content is a starting point for review. Your team must confirm it describes your implementation. RampGuide does not automatically certify an answer, verify evidence or guarantee an assessment outcome.

A few practical details.

What is a package?

One system prepared against one framework. A second framework or system is a separate package in the same company. Both are included in your subscription.

How do we get started?

Email us with the program you are preparing for and whether you have existing documents. We’ll confirm your starting point and arrange onboarding. Your owner signs in with a passkey and invites the team once the workspace is ready.

Will this certify or authorize my product?

No. RampGuide helps prepare, maintain and share documentation. Publication is separate from an assessment, CMMC certification or FedRAMP authorization. RampGuide itself is not FedRAMP authorized.

Can I start with existing documents?

Setup supports importing the accepted FedRAMP Moderate Word Appendix A and OSCAL SSP formats, and CMMC Level 2 self-assessment workbooks (.xlsx). Import availability depends on your selected framework and source format; it is not a general document or evidence upload service.

What about cancellation, terms or a purchase order?
